2011 Seniors are UNIQUE..............why aren't YOU?

Thanks to a variety of distractions at work ( getting ready for HS seniors, air conditioner quitting at the studio forcing our hand on an expensive upgrade) and my daughter and son-in-laws newest addition ( grandson)...I've been a tad remiss in updating our BLOG. So....without further delay........

Headshot & campaign packages are quick & easy ( even with head-swaps).

Come in one day......have your images taken ( inside our studio) preview the images you want ( 2 images) on a 14 inch color monitor. We can compare image to image so you see exactly what you like or dislike...within 30 minutes you are out of the studio.

Then We render you a high-quality ( print grade) image in B&W & color. We then render them to web quality also! in less than 2 business g days you are in business! Images - burned to a disk with a one year limited use licence that you can take to any print lab you wish and print up to 8x10 images for your business applications* (some restrictions apply....like no mass mailing, no billboard useage, etc.....more details available upon request).

it's how you USE them!!

Yes.....we ARE a portrait studio!

But....we can do WAY more then just take "Purty Pitchers"

Imagine....using those images on announcements...for graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, family re-unions, etc....

We (well....our photo lab) has the press capability for short run card in linen, art-mat, gloss coated or "Pearl/Chrome" finishes. If you get to the point that you need more then a couple of hundred....we have several connections in Liberty to long run similar cards in similar finishes.

Book marks, custom folded cards, custom folded Business cards, mini folded biz cards, all KINDS of attention getting products....for personal AND business applications.

Was told by a client (Maternity session) that they had to get their car-seat/baby carrier "inspected" by either the fire dept or some other agency before they could take their newborn home!!!   wow!!!
A very aggressive program indeed..........WOW!!

Half of me thinks it's a great idea......and the other half is yelling "Gestapo" ( and mind you -i'm half German heritage)

 

WOW.....Buckle up indeed!!

OK....Scenario:  You get a photograph ( from someone that makes a living in photography) and.....ypou just can't see spending more $$ for another copy to give to your best friend. So....you simply scan it ( or...take another pic of it with your camera or cell fone) and ...."share it"!

Simple....right?

well..............not all the time.......ask Google.........and thousands of companies that get lawsuits regarding "infringement of cpyright laws, etc....".

if you really want another image....ASK the photographer....sometimes they have a "volume" program...or can work out a digital copy of some manner ( with print restrictions).

Photographers File Class Action Against Google:

Philadelphia, PA… The American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), joined by the Graphic Artists Guild, the Picture Archive Council of America, the North American Nature Photography Association, Professional Photographers of America, photographers Leif Skoogfors, Al Satterwhite, Morton Beebe, Ed Kashi and illustrators John Schmelzer and Simms Taback, has filed a class action copyright infringement suit against Google, Inc. in the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York. The suit, which was filed by Mishcon de Reya New York LLP, relates to Google’s illegal scanning of millions of books and other publications containing copyrighted images and displaying them to the public without regard to the rights of the visual creators. ASMP and the other trade associations, representing thousands of members, decided to file the class action after the Court denied their request to join the currently pending $125 million class action that had previously been filed primarily on behalf of text authors in connection with the Google Library Project. The new class action goes beyond Google’s Library Project, and includes Google’s other systematic and pervasive infringements of the rights of photographers, illustrators and other visual artists.
